Terms of use
This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.
In force as of 8 June 2026.
Note: this text still has to be reviewed by a lawyer before the first customer signs.
Article 1 β Scope
These terms of use (the βTermsβ) govern the use of the ho.ma service by any user of a tenant, whether that user is the contract holder or someone the contract holder invited.
Article 2 β What the service is
The service provides an isolated Kubernetes environment (a tenant), reachable through the standard Kubernetes API with a kubeconfig issued by the Provider. The user has administrator rights inside their own tenant, and only inside it.
Article 3 β Prohibited behaviour
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- attempting to access, eavesdrop on, or tamper with tenants other than your own;
- running software meant to compromise the integrity or availability of the cluster (cryptominers, large-scale port scanners, denial-of-service attacks);
- hosting illegal content (in particular within the meaning of articles 6 et seq. of French law LCEN no. 2004-575);
- circumventing quotas or billing mechanisms;
- using the service to relay spam, phishing or malicious content.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend, without prior notice, any tenant used in manifest breach of these provisions, and will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Article 4 β Account security
The user is responsible for keeping their kubeconfig and any authentication token issued by the Provider confidential. Any action performed with those credentials is deemed to come from the user, unless evidence to the contrary is brought to the Provider's attention as soon as possible.
The user can ask by email, at any time, for their tokens to be revoked and reissued.
Article 5 β Availability and maintenance
The Provider may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, giving the user at least 48 hours' notice by email. Emergency interruptions (critical security flaw, hardware failure) are notified as soon as they are detected.
Article 6 β User data
The data a user puts in their tenant (manifests, volumes, secrets) belongs to them and is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
The Provider only looks at the contents of a tenant in two cases:
- at the user's express written request (technical support);
- under a valid judicial order.
Article 7 β Changes to these Terms
Any substantial change to these Terms will be notified by email with 30 days' notice, and published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the service after that date counts as acceptance of the new Terms.
