Personal data

The processing of personal data as part of the service is described in the privacy policy. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability over your data, which you can exercise by email at contact@homa.li.

Cookies

The public homa site uses no third-party tracker: no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social network. It sets a single first-party audience-measurement cookie (ho_v), an opaque random identifier used to count, in aggregate, the visit → sign-up → activation path. No personal data is attached to this cookie: identifiers are hashed (SHA-256) before storage, and the measurement is strictly internal — never shared, never sold.

The customer area additionally uses a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication (Google Sign-In), with no advertising tracking.

Governing law

This site and its terms are governed by French law. Any dispute about its use will, failing an amicable settlement, be brought before the competent French courts.
